Cake toppers keep for 6 months sealed in their bag, keep them somewhere cool and dry but not in the fridge.

I had ordered a personalised topper for a special cake and when the product arrived it wasn’t exactly as I had hoped…later realising this was due to a poor quality image which had been forwarded on to me. However, a replacement image was dispatched and arrived really promptly – Tess personally advised she would oversee the topper getting out 1st class post. It arrived and the image had been cleaned up remarkably well, something which I was extremely grateful for as the fault was most likely at my end (although i wasn’t aware!) Super service from start to finish, I have already recommended them to a few friends who are looking toppers and I will definitely be using again!

I loved this. It arrived very quickly, it is suitable for vegans and had clear instructions for application. I did find it a little harder to stick down than I would have liked and had to wet the topper a bit whilst also trying not to get it too wet so the design wouldn’t run. It went on in the end though and looked great so I would buy this again definitely. Thank you!
