Deb’s Kitchen Cakes® delivers nationwide with a choice of delivery options to suit your needs. We dispatch orders within 24 hours of your order being placed before 11am Monday-Friday. Orders received over the weekend or during a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders are sent in a protective envelope.
Standard Delivery – £1.29
Standard delivery is dispatched through Royal Mail and takes 2-3 working days for delivery
A flat rate of £1.29 is charge per order
Ideal for orders placed Monday / Tuesday that are needed by the weekend
Express Delivery – £2.29
Express deliveries are dispatched through Royal Mail and take 1-2 working days for delivery
A flat rate of £2.29 is charged per order
Ideal for orders placed on a Wednesday that are needed for the weekend
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLACING AN ORDER
An order will not be concluded or accepted until full payment for all products and related delivery charges. The offer to purchase is accepted when we send you an email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. All orders are subject to stock availability, if we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible.
PHOTOS AND IMAGES
Only send us photos and images that you own the copyright of (or have been given permission to use by the copyright owner). You are confirming, by purchasing our cake toppers, that you have the rights/permissions to use any images sent to us for your personalised items. You are also confirming that the images you send us contain nothing which would infringe any copyright, trade mark, design right or other intellectual property right of any third party. By supplying us with an image you are granting us a license to modify and print in accordance with the details of your personalised order. By placing an order and accepting these terms you are accepting any and all liability for any consequences of Deb’s Kitchen Cakes using the images you supply. We do not check the content of any images provided by you and we delete any images you send us as soon as your item has been created.
PRINT QUALITY
We make every effort to portray colours and tones as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur and may also be dependent on the calibration of your computer screen.
DELIVERY
We make every attempt to ensure that your item arrives within the stated delivery timeframe. We cannot however be held responsible to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day.
Working days are Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order please let us know immediately so that the cancellation can be processed, a full refund will be issued. If however you cancel after your cake topper has been printed then we will be unable to cancel your order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
The prices shown include VAT at 0%. We reserve the right to amend the price of any item or to withdraw an item on sale at any time, regardless if an order exists for an item. All prices are displayed in £ (pounds sterling). Payments can be made by using the following : Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Credit/Debit cards and Apple Pay.
RETURNS POLICY
If you receive your order and it is in any way damaged or faulty then please let us know immediately so we can send a replacement / arrange a no quibble refund. You will not need to return your order to receive this replacement. If you have simply changed your mind about your order and it is not a personalised item then you can return it to us at your cost for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Please note this does not apply to any order that has been personalised, we cannot accept these as returns. We also cannot accept returns if this is due to a typing error on your behalf so please take care when you order.
PASSWORDS
We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
